Texas 42 privacy policy
Effective October 21, 2026
Texas 42 doesn't collect, send or share any information about you. This policy covers the Texas 42 game for Android and Windows, made by Crazy Badger Studio.
What the game keeps on your device
- Your settings: sound, bot speed, how a tap plays a tile, and the look of the table and dominoes.
- Your table: the name and avatar you choose, who sits where, how often the bots slip, and your house rules.
- A record of each game you play: the deals, bids, trump, the tiles played and the score, so past games can be looked back over.
All of it stays on your device. None of it is ever sent to us or to anyone else.
What the game doesn't do
- It doesn't use the internet. On Android it doesn't even have permission to.
- It has no ads, analytics, crash reporting or tracking, and no code from anyone who collects data.
- It has no accounts and no purchases.
- It asks for no Android permissions: not your contacts, location, camera, microphone or files.
Deleting your information
On Android, uninstalling Texas 42 deletes everything it kept. To start over without uninstalling, open the app's info in Settings, choose Storage, then Clear storage. The game's data isn't included in Android backups, so nothing is copied to your Google account.
On Windows, uninstalling leaves your settings and games behind, so a reinstall picks up where you left off. To delete them, remove the folder %APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\Texas 42.
Children
Texas 42 collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes
If a future version of Texas 42 needs to send anything over the internet, such as for playing with friends online, we'll update this policy and its date before that version comes out.
